Experience in heavy Industrial Plant Maintenance / millwright Performs maintenance, installation, and repair of the plant machinery as required. Maintains and repairs building equipment as needed. Fabrication experience Performs maintenance of the company facility as requested. Communicates with manufacturers of machines on serious problems as needed. Responsible for understanding and complying with the company’s safety procedures and safe work practices Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes. Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned Maintains high ethical standards in the work place. Reports all irregular issues and problems to Plant Manager for solution. Maintains good communication with supervisors, office staff members, co-workers, and outside contacts. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
