No book of business required. The right candidate will bring technical depth and a desire to work on impactful Florida development matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise developers, landowners, and businesses on zoning, comprehensive planning, permitting, and entitlement mattersRepresent clients before local government boards, planning commissions, and administrative agenciesDraft and negotiate development agreements, easements, and related land use instrumentsConduct due diligence and provide regulatory guidance for acquisitions, dispositions, and project developmentCollaborate with real estate, corporate, and litigation attorneys on complex multi-disciplinary mattersQualificationsJD from an accredited law school5+ years of land use, zoning, and permitting experienceFlorida Bar admission or eligibility for admissionStrong advocacy, negotiation, and writing skillsExperience appearing before municipal and county governing bodies preferred
