5G RAN Virtualization Engineer | EMS/NMS | FCAPS | Tier 3 SME (Plano)

We are looking for a strong RAN Virtualization OA&M Engineer with deep expertise in EMS/NMS, OAM&P (FCAPS), and virtualized 4G/5G RAN networks for a long-term onsite opportunity in Plano, TX.Key Responsibilities:OAMP/FCAPS subsystem integration and troubleshooting in wireless networksTier 3 SME support for commercial NMS/EMS application issuesDrive RCA with R&D and provide workarounds for critical network issuesSupport 4G/5G RAN virtualization (vCU/vDU, NFV environments)Translate customer requirements into system and design specificationsSupport pre-sales technical discussions and solution designWork closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, and customers)Participate in rollout, upgrades, and performance optimization of network management systemsRequired Skills:5+ years in OAMP/FCAPS/EMS/NMS for wireless networksHands-on experience with RAN + virtualization (NFV, OpenStack/Kubernetes preferred)Strong Tier 3 troubleshooting experience in production environmentsKnowledge of SNMP, Netconf, YANG, REST APIsLinux/Unix, scripting (Shell/Perl/TCL)Understanding of 3GPP Core/RAN architectureExperience with HA, redundancy, and system performance tuningEducation: Bachelor's in EE/CS/Telecom required (Master's preferred)We are Connectors.
