Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing

Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing Services (ADCSNS)In this position, you're part of the team that leads Arden Wood's primary activityproviding practical care in support of Christian Science healing. The ADCSN is a Journal ?listed Christian Science nurse with an active ministry that includes 6+ years of varied experience in a Christian Science care facility. This role requires strong skills in communicating, supervising, coaching and correcting, problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking. You will co-manage the staff with the DCSNS, work with scheduling and time-off requests, ensure patient care plans are up to date, support in patient rooms (if needed), and supervise at least once a week.
