Lead Security Officer (Full-Time)

Lead Security Officer Security is responsible for providing the physical protection of Baptist Health assets, including people, property, reputation, and information. Full-Time, Second Shift Job Description: Supervises other Security Officers and monitors work related functions during assigned shift. Enforces hospital regulations, provides a safe and secure environment for hospital patients, visitors and employees. The Security Officer Lead will enforce hospital policies and security regulations through active monitoring and patrolling of Baptist property by continuously watching and reporting of potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences. As determined by supervisory personnel, the Security officer investigates complaints or potential criminal conduct; assists in restraining patients as necessary; provides protective services.
