Bill rate - $50-53/hrAny visa is Ok.Role : IT Operations EngineerLocation : Denver, COClient : Daten Technology SolutionsRole PurposeProvide hands-on operational support for telecom digital platforms while contributing to runbook automation, monitoring improvements, and operational analytics . The role focuses on efficient incident resolution, data troubleshooting, and automation of repetitive support tasks .Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve L2/L3 production incidents across application, API, and database layersMonitor system health and respond to alerts from Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and monitoring toolsPerform root cause analysis using application logs, database queries, and telemetry dataExecute operational tasks using runbooks and automated workflowsAssist in creating automation scripts for common operational tasksSupport ServiceNow incident lifecycle management including triage, updates, and closureWork with third-party vendors and integration systems to resolve operational issuesMaintain knowledge base documentation and operational playbooksSupport data analysis for incident trends and operational improvement initiativesRequired Technical Skills & Experience4–6 years experience in Application Support or Production SupportExperience troubleshooting telecom or digital service platformsStrong SQL query skills for data validation and incident diagnosticsBasic familiarity with AWS services and monitoring toolsExperience using ServiceNow ticketing workflowsExposure to log analysis, API troubleshooting, and data validationKnowledge of scripting or automation tools is an advantageRequired Functional Skills (Telecom Domain)Strong understanding of telecom BSS concepts including Billing, Charging, Subscription Management, and Order ManagementExperience with proration, recurring charges, usage-based billing, and invoice lifecycleExperience handling production issues related to billing discrepancies, failed activations, and subscription errorsAbility to analyse order-to-cash flows across integrated telecom systemsNice to HaveKnowledge of promotions, discounts, bundles, and offer configurationUnderstanding of customer lifecycle, plan migrations, and account managementFamiliarity with payment processing, recharge/top-up flows, and financial transactions
