Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist – Apparel Industry

Based in Los Angeles, CA, the company continues to deliver fresh collaborations, unique drops, and a vision for modern sportswear.Location: Los AngelesType: Full-TimeResponsibilities:Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accuratelyPost invoices, vendor bills, and payments in Apparel Magic and QuickBooks Online (QBO)Handle factoring transactions, including posting and reconciliationUse Bill.com for vendor payments and AP automationReconcile AR, AP, and cash accounts regularlyAssist in month-end closing and reportingMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationRequirements:Proven experience with Apparel Magic ERPExperience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)Familiarity with factoring processes in AR/financingProficiency in Bill.com for AP managementStrong understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principlesDetail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlinesExperience in the apparel or retail industry is highly preferredHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief description of your experience with ApparelMagic, QBO, factoring, and Bill.com to accounting@hypeandvice.com
