As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and drive business success.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiativesDesign and oversee performance management systems that foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagementSpearhead leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organizationImplement succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize leadership gapsLeverage HR analytics and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and demonstrate the impact of talent initiativesDrive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growthProvide executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders on talent-related mattersChampion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace and diverse workforceCollaborate with C-suite executives to align talent strategies with overall business objectivesStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to maintain the organization's competitive edgePartner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning efforts.Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management programs.Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on people-related challenges and opportunities.Collaborate with HR teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related HR roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positionsProven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies in large, complex organizationsStrong expertise in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and succession planningDemonstrated ability to design and lead leadership development programsProficiency in HR analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent change management skills and experience guiding organizations through transformationsStrong executive coaching abilities and experience working with C-suite leadersDeep understanding of talent management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologiesKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in a remote environment, across many time zones, with occasional travel as neededAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. **Learn more about our high-energy, high-performance global team.
