Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical strategy, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader who can effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, drive execution across global teams, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.What a Typical Day Looks LikeLead the full project lifecyclefrom initiation and design through development, deployment, and stabilizationDefine project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure alignment with business prioritiesDrive execution across cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and external partnersProactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plansConduct feasibility, impact, and dependency assessments to support informed decision-makingEstablish and track key milestones, deliverables, and success criteriaMonitor project health (schedule, cost, scope, quality) and provide clear, executive-level reportingFacilitate governance forums, drive decisions, and ensure alignment across stakeholdersResolve complex project challenges by providing technical direction and coordinating resourcesMaintain comprehensive project and technical documentation in alignment with organizational standardsEngage regularly with customers, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignmentSupport procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchase order managementThe Experience We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field57+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiativesProven ability to manage end-to-end IT project delivery, integrating technical, functional, and business requirementsStrong understanding of enterprise systems, architecture, and process integration (e.g., ERP, MES, supply chain systems)Experience working in global, multi-site environments with diverse stakeholder groupsDemonstrated leadership in driving high-impact initiatives and influencing decision-making at multiple levelsStrong governance, risk management, and communication skillsAbility to "manage up and down" effectively engaging executives, business partners, and delivery teamsExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilitiesPMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is a plusWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementJob Category: ITIs Sponsorship Available?No. Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
