Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a strong hospitality leader who is passionate about developing people and building a successful closing team in a fast-paced, growing Culver's restaurant. The ideal candidate is available 4:00 PM to close, five nights per week, and is open to working up to 45 hours per week. As the closing manager, you will take ownership of restaurant operations after 4:00 PM when the General Manager is not available. You will be responsible for leading the team, upholding operational standards, and creating a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and delivering a WOW experience for every guest.
