Supply Chain Planner and Logistics Coordinator

Overall goal: Ensure material availability to Mexico and logistics flow between suppliers, Mexico and U.S. operationsDuties and responsibilities Plan and manage material requirements for the Mexico manufacturing facility based on U.S. assembly demand Research and recommend suppliers, issue and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and consumables Maintain alignment between US based and Mexico based teams Communicate demand changes and priorities clearly in English and Spanish Develop and maintain delivery schedules from the Mexico facility to the U.S. assembly site Coordinate transportation, shipping documentation, and crossborder logistics Monitor shipments, lead times, and delivery performance Maintain accurate planning and transaction data within ERP/MRP systems Track inventory levels at both U.S. and Mexico locations Translate demand changes into updated production, material, and logistics plansSales: Support in the development and adherence to Sales Budget including GP1. Proactive communication with team regarding changes in schedule that may adversely impact meeting or exceeding Sales Budget. Oversee the operations of Sphere Mexico, including order intake, processing, accounts receivable, invoicing, and related administrative tasks. Gain a thorough understanding of Customer Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assist in accurately loading new project BOMs into the ERP system. Assist in accurately loading and updating part information into Item Master Data in the ERP system Ensure the accurate receipt, review, and entry of customer purchase orders and contracts into the ERP system. Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, including preparation, dispatch through the ERP system, collection and maintenance of shipping documentation, and timely invoicing. Collaborate in the successful implementation of new projects by coordinating with the Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Some travel may be required to meet with Customer; local or on install sites Accurately enter sales orders into the ERP system upon receipt, ensuring timely processing and fulfilment. Environmental, Health & Safety Wear required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE] Participate in company sponsored safety trainings Follow safe work practices Audit on a regular basis and report any unsafe/hazardous conditions Comply with the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality [HSEQ] Policy, E002Required Qualifications: 3 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, or operations support Experience working with manufacturing and assembly operations Experience coordinating U.S. Mexico crossborder supply chains Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and problemsolving skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Knowledge of production processes and equipment Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracyPreferred Qualifications: Experience in composite manufacturing or engineered products Familiarity with customs, import/export, and freight coordination Experience in a startup or fastchanging manufacturing environment Additional language skills are a plus for supplier communication
