IT Network Engineer

We're working with a public service organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This organization leverages technology to enhance the lives of those they serve, maintaining a robust and reliable IT infrastructure.The Role Manage and monitor WAN/LAN network infrastructure for optimal functioning across all devices and applications. Install, maintain, and monitor computer network hardware and software, including troubleshooting network problems. Design, recommend, and implement enterprise security solutions, ensuring data protection and system integrity. Plan, implement, and maintain server and PC infrastructure, both local and remote. Provide documentation for configurations, maintenance, projects, and network design, contributing to strategic planning. Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online and Microsoft Office 365, and virtualize applications for redundancy.What You'll Need In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, DNS, Exchange Online, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and virtualization techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, cloud technologies, and current workstation OS versions. Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement complex IT projects with minimal assistance. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent network infrastructure experience. Minimum CCNA certification and experience with VMware technology and enterprise-level server monitoring.What's On Offer Competitive compensation package with a starting salary of $75,000 per year.
