Candidates should be eager to learn, safety-focused, and capable of working in physically demanding outdoor environments.Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fiber optic infrastructureUse hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyRead and follow basic blueprints and technical instructionsFollow all company and job-site safety proceduresWork collaboratively with crew members and supervisorsPerform troubleshooting and support field operations as neededWork early mornings, extended hours, and outdoor shifts in varying weather conditions, including extreme heatRequirementsValid driver's license with fewer than 3 citations within the last 3 yearsBasic knowledge of electrical or fiber optic installation preferredAbility to perform physically demanding laborStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to learn quickly and work well in a team environmentPrevious electrical or fiber optic apprenticeship experienceExperience working outdoors on construction or utility crewsFamiliarity with cable installation and troubleshooting
