We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team at a school for the deaf and contribute to the mission of embracing, inspiring, and challenging every student, every day.Position Overview:As a BCBA with PTS, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a school-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting initial and ongoing educational and behavior assessments.Developing and maintaining high-quality treatment plans based on assessment results.Creating and supervising positive behavior support interventions for Tier 1 – 3.Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Collaborating effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.Perks and Qualifications:We offer competitive rates with compensation for both direct and indirect time, flexibility as an Independent Contractor, on-site and off-site mentorship, and support for new therapists through our School-Based AcademyCandidates must be willing to learn American Sign Language (ASL); classes will be provided as part of our commitment to professional growth and ensuring effective communication with students.Qualifications include a valid state license as a BCBA, Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.
