SupportFinity™ is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support the Hotels on Airbnb team. This contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building impactful learning experiences.
The perfect candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in enablement or instructional design and will be responsible for creating training programs, managing the LMS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve effectiveness.
Pay rate ranges from $80 to $100 per hour along with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401K plan.
