Part-Time E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator
Rhythm & Hues is a fine-art photography brand creating museum-quality prints for home interiors. We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to support order fulfillment, inventory management, packaging sourcing, and basic retail outreach.
This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or small business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across operations and outreach, and who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, creative business.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Fulfillment & Operations
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders (prints and related products)
Prepare prints for shipment with care, following brand packaging standards
Manage shipping logistics (labels, carriers, tracking, delivery follow-ups)
Maintain an organized fulfillment workspace
Handle basic customer shipping inquiries in coordination with the founder
Inventory & Stock Management
Track inventory of prints, packaging materials, and shipping supplies
Maintain accurate stock counts and flag low inventory
Organize prints by size, edition, and photographer
Support restocking planning and inventory updates
Packaging & Sourcing
Source packaging materials (boxes, tubes, sleeves, inserts, etc.)
Research vendors and request quotes when needed
Help improve packaging efficiency while maintaining brand quality
Assist with testing new packaging solutions as the brand evolves
Business Development & Retail Outreach (Light)
Research concept stores, galleries, design shops, and retailers aligned with the brand
Compile and maintain a list of potential retail partners
Support outreach via email or follow-ups (templates provided)
Assist with preparing materials for wholesale or retail conversations
Track outreach efforts and responses
Qualifications & Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with hands-on, physical work (packing, organizing, shipping)
Proactive and resourceful — you see what needs doing and take initiative
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Interested in art, design, home decor, or creative brands
Comfortable working independently in a small business environment
Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or small-batch shipping
Familiarity with Shopify or basic inventory systems
Experience reaching out to boutiques, concept stores, or retailers
Interest in photography, art, or interior design

Hours: 15 hours/week to start (potential to grow)
Location: In-person in Bellevue, WA
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
