Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Node.js, React.js, RESTful API development, and SQL and a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications for next-generation risk reporting solutions.Responsibilities:Design and develop web applications using Node.js and React.js.Implement responsive, interactive, and accessible user interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver features.Maintain and improve existing codebases with attention to performance and quality.Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.Build and optimize RESTful services with Node.js and Express.js.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js.Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.Working knowledge of Java and Hadoop in data processing contexts.Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Yarn.Understanding of UX design principles and responsive design.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a collaborative mindset.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Experience building risk reporting or analytics platforms.Background with performance tuning and scalability for high-volume web applications.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
