Print Production Operator (On-site)

Our client is seeking a Print Production Operator to support daily operations within a high-volume print production environment. This role is responsible for managing printing and distribution of documents, maintaining printing equipment, and performing administrative tasks within the printing department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely production of printed materials. Print and distribute documents for internal departments and projects Monitor print production progress to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule Operate high-speed production printers and multi-functional printing equipment Perform routine maintenance on printing machines including cleaning and replacing toner Manage and process high-volume copy and print jobs Inspect variable data print jobs to ensure information is printing in the correct format and location Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of printed materials Enter production data into a computerized print management system Produce a variety of materials including forms, letters, manuals, brochures, pamphlets, posters, marketing materials, and other documents Order and maintain printing supplies as needed Perform additional administrative or operational duties related to print production Required Skills Ability to manage high-volume printing and copying tasks Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities Technical skills related to multi-functional printers and print management software Ability to operate printing equipment while meeting production and quality standards Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality control of printed materials Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment Minimum of one year of experience in digital printing or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Skills Knowledge of printing operations and troubleshooting skills for basic printer maintenance Background in graphic design Benefits: Health Insurance 401k Pay Range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
