Relationship-Based | Flexible StructureOasis Senior Advisors – Greater San Jose is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven professional to join our growing practice as a Lead Senior Living Advisor & Territory Manager.This individual will become a trusted extension of an established senior advisory business built on compassion, professionalism, discretion, and strong community partnerships throughout Silicon Valley and the South Bay.At Oasis Senior Advisors, we help seniors and their families navigate assisted living, memory care, independent living, and additional aging support resources with clarity, confidence, and personalized guidance.We are looking for someone who can lead with empathy while confidently managing client relationships, tours, follow-up, and placement coordination.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, healthcare navigation, community engagement, and meaningful service-driven work.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the lead advisor for prospective senior clients and families• Conduct discovery conversations regarding care needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget• Coordinate and lead senior living community tours• Build trusted relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community partners• Manage ongoing communication and placement coordination• Maintain CRM documentation and client organization• Represent Oasis Senior Advisors professionally within the community• Participate in networking events, educational events, and referral partner outreach• Collaborate closely with ownership on strategic growth and complex family situationsIdeal Background• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospice, home care, rehab, case management, social work, or related field preferred• Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills• Empathetic, organized, professional, and proactive• Comfortable working independently with strong accountability• Existing San Jose/South Bay professional network is a plus• Experience supporting seniors and adult children preferred• Consultative relationship skills are more important than transactional sales experienceCompensation & Opportunity• Commission-heavy compensation structure with strong earning potential• Performance-based bonuses• Flexible structure for the right candidate• Leadership growth opportunity within an established and respected local businessThe owner will remain actively involved in strategic relationships, growth initiatives, and oversight while transitioning day-to-day client leadership to the right individual over time.This is an opportunity to help build something purposeful, community-centered, and impactful while supporting families through one of life’s most important transitions.To apply, please send your resume and a short introduction describing why this work is meaningful to you.
