About the Role
We are seeking entrepreneurial, commission-only Independent Sales Representatives with decision-level relationships in commercial facilities, city halls, high-rise buildings, universities, hospitals, manufacturing, and life-science campuses.
If you’ve ever:
Reviewed or approved electric bills
Managed facility or operating budgets
Evaluated solar, battery storage, or energy efficiency projects
Been asked to “do more with less” as utility rates rise
This role allows you to monetize your expertise, network, and credibility independently.
You will represent a patented, AI-driven energy platform combined with commercial solar and battery storage solutions that help building owners:
Cut energy costs 15–30% immediately
Offset utility rate hikes with on-site solar
Reduce peak demand and resiliency risk using battery storage
Improve compliance with sustainability and carbon mandates
This is a true independent contractor role:
No salary. No cap. No territory micromanagement.

Introducing decision makers to:

Commercial Solar PV (CAPEX, PPA, or hybrid structures)
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for peak shaving, backup, and grid resilience
Position yourself as a trusted energy advisor, not a commodity salesperson.
Operate independently while supported by:
Engineering
Financial modeling
Utility interconnection & incentive expertise
Proposal and closing support

Taget Criteria
Must-have qualifications
Background in facilities, operations, energy procurement, solar, storage, ESCOs, or energy services
Comfortable selling six- and seven-figure projects
3-7 years of experience in sales or energy services
Multiple locations MA, VA, PA, IL, AZ, NY
Preferred qualifications
Independent sales professionals with decision-level access
Experience in commercial real estate or Industrial sales
Self-directed closers who understand urgency and value-based selling
Pay: Up to $500,000.00 per year
