Electrical Assembler

*Title: *Manufacturing Technician *Location: *Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) *Job Description:* * In this role, you will engage with manufacturing and engineering teams in supporting production-related activities, including assembly, build, integration, installation, and execution of work based on engineering documentation and established work instructions. * Execute machine builds in accordance with E-plans, assembly drawings, and manufacturing work instructions * Work along with engineering team during assembly and collaborate with internal engineering teams and conduct functional testing and validation testing of parts and assemblies. * Read and understand diagrams and schematics to help the business/manufacturing teams. * Assist with build, integration, and installation activities to meet project and production objectives * Mechanical and electrical assembly, wire pulling and wire landing for power, control, and communication circuit * Proactively remove obstacles and escalate matters when necessary to maintain progress according to plan. * Perform other tasks with similar scope of work that may arise due to changes within the business and machine modality *Qualifications we seek in you!* *Minimum Qualifications* * High School Diploma * Relevant experience in Aerospace/Manufacturing / Additives industry. * Strong understanding of manufacturing and prior experience in mechanical and electrical assembly * Ability to interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical plans, and work instructions * Competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet Word, and Outlook *Preferred Qualifications/ Skills* * Navigate through complex conversations in a professional and courteous manner in cases where information is needed to execute on a project or accountability for commitments needs to be established. * Ability to explain complex technical and business issues simply, in a concise and accurate manner. * Able to translate current and recent trends of business/performance metrics to future performance.
