Join an amazing global healthcare organization with lots of growth opportunities!Flexible Work Schedules ~ Opportunity to Cross-Train and Gain Valuable Experience ~ Networking Opportunities ~ And MorePosition Summary:The Occupational Therapist specializing in Post Acute Care:* Works under the direct supervision of the Team Coordinator and/or Clinical Specialist, and leadership of the Rehab Therapy Services Inpatient Manager* Uses objective evaluation techniques to assess the occupational limitations and medical condition of patients* Prescribes and implements a treatment program which is designed to return patients to their maximum level of function* Works collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes* Promotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care* Incorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the organizationEducation:* Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.* Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required* AHA Healthcare Provider CPR requiredWork Experience:* 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience required* Experience in Post Acute Care Rehab setting* Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic programSalary Range: Minimum $55.00/hour - Maximum $55.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
