Warehouse AssociateThis role is responsible for handling materials, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and containers Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization Complete other general warehouse duties as assigned Work Environment Expect to work 10-12 hours per day, 4-5 days a week, based on production needs, with a standard schedule of 4x10s. The first shift starts at 6 am, and the second shift begins at 4 pm. The facility is not temperature-controlled, and employees will engage in tasks like tearing down, cleaning, reassembling, and testing equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.73 - $19.75/hr.
