Principle IT Technologist
Overview
In this contract role, you will identify and automate high-volume business processes to boost operational efficiency and accelerate AI initiatives. You’ll lead end-to-end automation projects within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaborate across the Foundation to scale shared workflows. Your work will drive measurable improvements in process speed and accuracy while transferring knowledge to teams. ResponsibilitiesAutomate high-volume manual processes (e.g., shared mailbox management, invoice workflows, reporting, approvals, notifications)Identify 7–10 automation opportunities and propose improved approachesLead development, testing, deployment, optimization, and knowledge transferSupport AI and Power Platform initiatives
