OverviewThe Post Oak Hotel is seeking an Oak Room Administrator to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.The Oak Room Administrator will be responsible for assisting with all needs of the members and assisting with hotel activations.ResponsibilitiesSupport member engagement by coordinating reservations (including wine dinners), communicating events, providing tours, onboarding members, and promoting events.Maintain accurate and confidential member profiles, preferences, and data across OpenTable and membership systems.Assist with setup and execution of Oak Room events and programs.Support community relations initiatives and charity events alongside the Director.Reconcile invoices related to sporting events and concerts.Provide guidance and assistance to members for event access, directions, and venue logistics.Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the Oak Room, events, spa, and Post Oak Hotel offerings.Track event/program sales and deliver monthly membership reports, including new members and cancellations.Manage membership status updates and support daily Oak Room operations, including service support (bar and cocktail service as needed).QualificationsAspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity.High school diploma required, prefer college degree.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office software and In-depth knowledge with social platformsAbility to work flexible schedules. Must be able to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and during business hours of the Oak RoomPhysical demands: Ability to stand for prolonged extended periods of time.
