Account Manager - Inside Sales - ConstructionOur client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor equipment and amenities. They are seeking to hire an Account Manager responsible for managing and developing inbound leads within a territory.Support and drive growth across assigned national and regional territories by building strong relationships and delivering high-level organization, product expertise, and customer service. This role is on-site near the airport. Responsibilities:Meet / exceed goals and overall objectives; develop strategic plansManage existing accounts and distributors, collaborate to develop new businessMaintain and grow client/partner relationshipsEvaluate and qualify inbound leads; forward to appropriate reps or distributorsPartner with sales reps to create customized designs for projects; providing cost estimates, drawings, competitive insights, and installation supportPrepare proposals and quotes for accounts and distributors in a timely mannerProcess orders, add to system to be taken over by project coordinatorsCreate conceptual drawing and design drawing requestsSupport and educate sales reps on available resources including website best practices, product training and quote toolEnsure favorable customer experience and satisfaction in collaboration with internal departmentsManage territory performance as well as personal performance; track, measure and analyze dataRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree requiredMin. 6 months of Account Management experienceCustomer Service and sales experience requiredHigh activity-based account managementExperience in building supplies, working with architects, and/or construction sales experience preferredProject management experience preferredExcellent Communication & Presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRMAbility to multi-task, manage multiple projectsAbility to work in a high volume, fast-paced environmentOn-site position, M-FMinimal travel up to 25%Offering:Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)Bonus @ 100% at plan = $75,000 - $87,500Full Benefits PackageAdvancement OpportunitiesDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
