WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CHARGE NURSE LPN ON CALL To thrive in the role of Charge Nurse LPN at Mennonite Village, you must possess a unique set of skills and attributes. Proficiency in accurately administering insulin, completing timely fall reports, and managing missed medications or treatments with precision is essential. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Supportive of Mennonite Village's mission vision and purpose. Effectively engage with elderly individuals. Exhibit patience tact and willingness to handle challenging situations Safely operates a Hoyer lift following zero lift policy and procedure Possess a current valid and unencumbered LPN license for the state of Oregon At least one year of clinical experience in long term care is preferred Current CPR certification GET STARTED WITH OUR TEAM!
