Asher + Rye is a design-forward lifestyle shop and cafe at the corner of Jones and Whitaker in downtown Savannah. Our café is a daily gathering space within our shop for neighbors, students, creatives, and visitors. We serve coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries, soups, and simple seasonal offerings. And we're growing!We're looking for a confident, experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our café team with clarity, consistency, and energy.This role is for someone who has managed a fast-paced café, restaurant, or bar environment and understands how to balance warmth with standards. Our baristas are essential to our business. We need a leader who can motivate a team, hold high expectations, and create a positive, accountable culture on the floor.Full-time required.
