Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client an Administrative Assistant based in Parsippany, New Jersey.A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law.Position: Administrative AssistantLocation: Parsippany, New JerseyEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: $25–$35/hourPosition OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to senior leadership and the client services team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and delivering a professional client experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars for the COO and CEO, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely updatesGreet clients at reception and escort them to appointments, providing a professional and welcoming experienceConfirm and schedule client appointments to maintain an organized workflowCoordinate and schedule company meetings, including logistics and materials preparationSupport the client services team with administrative tasks as neededMaintain office organization and assist with general operational dutiesRequired Experience/SkillsPolished and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build client relationshipsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a team-oriented environmentAbility to handle confidential information with discretionPreferred Experience/SkillsPrior experience in an administrative or client-facing role within a professional services environmentFamiliarity with scheduling tools and calendar management for senior executivesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlinesTech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools efficientlyEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experienceBenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
