If you thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and enjoy delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* - Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. - Ensure that all orders are complete and presented in an appealing manner. - Assist servers by providing timely support during busy service periods. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen. - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. - Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times. - Assist with setting up banquet events as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. *Skills* - Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices is essential. - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. - Experience in banquet service or hospitality settings is advantageous. - Culinary knowledge or background in hotel or restaurant operations is beneficial. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Team player with excellent communication skills.
