Part Time Bookkeeper

3D Cabinets by Design is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in our CDA office. This person will manage all accounting procedures to ensure 3D Cabinets overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organization skills, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.We are looking for someone who can grow into the role fully as the company grows. They are required for approimately hours a week at this time and hours can be split into x 2 4hr sessions or one full day.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting procedures and processes - Maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers for consistent bookkeeping and budgetary analysis.Manage payroll tasks - process payroll and all related tasks including liabilities and depositsReconcile accounts - and ensure accuracy, processing invoices and payments including sales sales taxes.Provide general financial guidance - Monitor expenses and budgets, preparing reports and Interface confidentially with the leadership to ensure smooth financial operations.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar roleSolid understanding of basic accounting principlesProficiency with accounting software - Job View or other construction Industry softwareJob CostingExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle information confidentiallyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS ExcelProven experience meeting regular deadlinesIf you are a meticulous Bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and a dedication to maintaining precise financial records, we would love to hear from you.
