It's the way youth sports should be.Job SummaryThe Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition. This is a part-time position, and applicants must be available on weekends.We are currently hiring for the Spring season at the following locations:Eastside Community Fields (Saturdays): 4/25 to 6/13, except Memorial Day weekendEastlake High School (Sundays): 4/26 to 6/14, except Memorial Day weekend **Please indicate on application which venue(s) you're applying forResponsibilitiesField set up and breakdown for soccer, T-Ball (ECF) or flag football (EHS) gamesManage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coachesSupervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on scheduleDemonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship valuesOrganize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venueConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills QualificationsExcellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written). Responsiveness is critical.Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience is a must.Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness.Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking.Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team.Commit to working for the full duration of the 7-week season.Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
