Workflow Coordinator
Elevate is recruiting a Workflow Coordinator in the MedLegal business unit. The Workflow Coordinator position is an integral part of the Service Delivery Team of the Med Legal business unit. This associate's main responsibility will be to analyze casework assigned to our Global Review Team by our Workflow Coordination Team, ensuring Utilization, Globalization and monthly revenue goals are being met. This position requires M-F 8am-5pm Arizona Time.Specifically, you willRecognize trends pertinent in improving efficiency in assigning to the Global Review Team.Work collaboratively with the customer facilitation teams to meet customer or case specific expectations.Provide real time adjustments to the delivery pipeline as needed.Work in collaboration with the Senior Workflow Analyst, leveraging the subject matter expertise of the Associate Director and Managing Director.Manage scheduling and work assignments across US and global delivery teams.ExperienceStrong scheduling with level executive calendaring and managing multiple calendars.Microsoft Word and Excel; Data analysis and business operations experience preferred.Legal or Medical Administration experience preferred.Work from home experience preferred.Skills for SuccessAnalytical, attentive to detail and independent problem solver.Able to identify and implement process improvements Ability to perform and adapt to change in a high energy, fast paced and demanding environment.Professional persona and ability to establish rapport with team members. 2- or 4-year degree preferred.Advanced Outlook calendar proficiency.Proficiency with office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.QualificationsAssociate or bachelor’s degree preferred.CompensationThe pay rate for this remote-based job is $50,000/year.Company InformationElevate is a law company.
