Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Job Title: Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense Location: San Diego CA, Orange County CA & New York City NY (Hybrid). Candidate must be willing to commute 2–3 days per week to the office. Ideal Litigation Attorney Will Possess The Following 2+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in different practice areas - general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law. Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions. Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation. Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills. JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of CA.
