Operator In Training
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Role As an Operator In Training, you\'re theperson who keeps our lines running clean, safe, and on-spec. You\'llstart on a structured 4-week training program that takes you from Day 1onboarding through full sign-off as a certified Operator includingforklift certification, lockout/tagout, allergen training, and hands-ontime at every major station. Once trained, you\'ll independently runproduction lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, document quality checksin our ERP system, and help mentor newer associates. What You\'ll DoOperate production equipment across our Bottling, Bartelt pouching,Matrix labeling, and Blending lines startup, run, troubleshoot,shutdown. Perform hourly quality checks: weigh checks, metal detectorverifications, lot code accuracy, label and seal inspections. Documentproduction activity in our Deacom ERP system issue materials, receivefinished goods, complete batch records. Make equipment adjustments (fillweights, label alignment, seal temperatures) to keep product on-spec.Support sanitation and allergen changeovers between batches keeping foodsafety the top priority. Operate forklifts and power stackers safely(we\'ll certify you if you\'re not already certified). Communicate withLeads, QA, and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly and keep the linemoving. Follow all GMP, HACCP, and OSHA requirements without cuttingcorners. What We\'re Looking For Required High school diploma or GED.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic our team counts on you toshow up. Ability to stand for full shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and workin a temperature-variable plant environment. Comfort following writtenand verbal instructions in English (or Spanish we are a bilingualworkplace). Basic math skills (counting, weighing, simple unitconversions like ounces to grams). Willingness to learn equipment,software (Deacom ERP), and food safety standards. Nice to Have (NotRequired We\'ll Train You) Prior experience in food manufacturing,packaging, or any production environment. Forklift certification (we\'llcertify you in Week 1 if not). OSHA 10 General Industry card.Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or allergen management. Experience with ERPor warehouse management systems.
