Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tempe, AZ. The Fitness Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, fostering solid relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include managing membership sales, leading studio tours for prospective clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and implementing strategies to achieve monthly sales goals. This role also involves coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting member retention efforts, and collaborating with the fitness team to maintain a welcoming studio environment. Additionally, the Sales Manager will play an active role in ensuring seamless daily studio operations. Qualifications Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills including prospecting, negotiating, and closing salesStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills with a focus on building meaningful client relationshipsMarketing and Social Media skills to drive outreach and member engagement strategiesOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple priorities and achieve monthly sales targetsLeadership and Team Collaboration skills to contribute to the overall success of the studio operationsPassion for fitness and a strong ability to foster enthusiasm among clientsProficiency in fitness management software and point-of-sale systems is a plusRelevant experience in fitness sales or a related field is strongly preferred
