The Associate will handle a variety of legal responsibilities, including drafting contracts, conducting legal research and providing advice on employment and business compliance. The role involves collaborating with clients and other team members to deliver high-quality legal solutions. Additionally, the Associate will contribute to both preventive and litigation services to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.QualificationsStrong foundation in legal research, analysis, and writingFamiliarity with employment and business law practicesExcellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesJuris Doctor (JD) degree and license to practice law in the State of MinnesotaCommitment to maintaining professionalism, inclusivity, and collaborative work approachesInterest or experience in developing and fostering long-term client relationshipsPrior litigation or trial experience is a plus
