Olympic Bld, Los Angeles CA Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Production lot - 23 buildings/stages/warehouses/office buildings There will be client interaction so excellent customer service skills are necessary Team Overview: working as part of a team Resource's typical working day: Assigned daily work orders Plumbing Basic electrical work Painting/patching Carpentry work General maintenance Licenses/Certifications: Any applicable certifications are preferred Must Have Skills: Plumbing skills Basic electrical work skills Painting/patching skills Carpentry work skills General maintenance skills Troubleshooting skills Good communication skills Nice to have skills: HVAC experience Any advanced maintenance skills Years of Experience: 5-10 years Education H.S. Diploma and Trade School highly preferred Software skills: Computer and tablet skills Interview Process: Parking notes: 1st round in-person with site manager, 2nd round in-person if needed About the Role: As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
