Overnight Security Guard Job Summary: The Overnight Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of each guest, employee, and visitors of the property. Determine course of action, notify appropriate management and authorities and perform basic first aid as needed.Aid and assist with guest safety which includes but is not limited to; assisting with door lock problems, escort guests to/from vehicles as needed, investigate security incidents and injury accidentsHandle undesired conduct, violations of hotel policy, and civil laws as warranted Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around building by conducting thorough walk through of property,Observe monitors for any unusual activity and in the case of suspicious behavior, immediately report to the supervisor/manager on dutyAdminister CPR and First Aid.QualificationsAbility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to interact with guests and other employees in a courteous, empathetic, and discreet mannerAbility to lift and move, in an emergency situation, an immobilized adult.Ability to understand and execute all safety and emergency proceduresAbility to understand and operate emergency equipmentAbout Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
