Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing and Marketing Team Lead, located in College Station, TX. The Team Lead will oversee and implement leasing and marketing activities to drive property occupancy, provide excellent customer experiences for residents and prospects, and support the overall branding efforts of the property. Responsibilities will include managing leasing strategies, tracking lease targets, mentoring leasing team members, conducting market analysis, and ensuring marketing materials align with the company’s vision. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications Experience with Leasing and Property Management, including meeting leasing goals and managing day-to-day property operationsProficiency in Marketing and Advertising strategies focused on attracting residents and promoting brand awarenessStrong Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Problem-Solving skills to foster resident satisfactionLeadership, Team Management, and Organizational skills to motivate and guide team members effectivelyAbility to analyze market trends and data for strategic decision-makingProficiency in property management software and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in student housing or multifamily housing is a plus
