We care deeply about giving our users a safe, welcoming, and well-supported experience — and that starts with great customer support.The RoleWe're looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to help maintain the support systems we already have in place. This is primarily a maintenance role: responding to user inquiries, working through tickets, and keeping our help resources up to date using Zendesk.
