Partnering with Aquent, we are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team.This role is hybrid in our clients Kissimmee, FL office. Four days in office and Fridays are remote. Are you a master of organization with a passion for bringing exciting consumer products to market? We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a pivotal role in the development of beloved merchandise. In this critical position, you will be the linchpin that keeps complex product development programs on track, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from concept to production. Your meticulous approach and proactive communication will directly impact the timely delivery of new products, making a tangible difference in delighting consumers globally.**Responsibilities** * Maintain precise and current product development data across various tracking and collaboration systems. * Monitor and manage crucial development milestones, deliverables, and status updates for product programs from initial concept through readiness for production. * Proactively engage with external suppliers to gather any missing or outdated information, guaranteeing that system data accurately reflects the current state of development. * Collaborate closely with diverse internal teams (including sourcing, product design, merchandising, packaging, and planning) to clarify inputs, resolve discrepancies, and align on next steps. * Ensure the consistency and accuracy of product attributes, timelines, and documentation across all tracking tools. * Identify and promptly escalate any gaps, potential risks, or misalignments in development tracking. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of tracking processes, templates, and communication workflows.**Must-Have Qualifications** * Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and diverse data sources concurrently. * Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear, concise, and professional interactions with both internal partners and external suppliers. * High degree of attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy and completeness. * Comfort and proficiency in working within structured systems and adhering to disciplined processes. * Proven ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently follow through on commitments. * Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as product lifecycle management (PLM) systems or similar platforms. * A Bachelor's degree is preferred.**Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Prior experience supporting sourcing, product development, or supply chain teams, particularly within consumer products. * Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is a strong advantage; must have familiarity with a lifecycle management system. * Demonstrated ability to project manage, back-out deadlines, and ensure projects remain on schedule.**About Aquent Talent** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
