Shuttle Truck Driver
Position Summary This position is responsible for the safe and
efficient movement of trailers and/or tankers between company
properties and local locations. Duties include positioning trailers
between yards, loading docks, and intake bays to ensure timely and
accurate loading and unloading. This role is critical to
maintaining smooth intake and warehouse operations. The Shuttle
Driver works closely with intake and warehouse personnel, including
CSRs, leads, supervisors, and management, to support the efficient
flow of trailers, tankers, and goods.Essential FunctionsMove trailers to and from dock doors,
intake bays and designated locations in the yard according to the
schedule and instructions from
management.Perform pre-trip and post-trip
inspections of trailers, ensuring they meet safety standards and
are in good operating condition.Follow all
safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company
policies regarding the safe operation of
equipment.Operate shuttle trucks and other
relevant equipment to move trailers efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. Collaborate with warehouse, intake
personnel and drivers to ensure smooth operations and address any
issues related to trailer movements or
delays.Maintain accurate records of trailer
locations, movements and other required documentation as per
company policy.Keep the yard organized and
free of debris, ensuring a clean and safe
environment.Safely unload trailers as
required, including performing trailer washes and coordinating
antibiotic testing in accordance with company and regulatory
standards, as needed.Perform intake operator
functions as needed to support
operations.Operate forklifts and other
material-handling equipment to load and unload trucks and trailers
in accordance with company policies.Conduct
silo washes and product transfers following established procedures,
as needed.Properly position trailers into whey
bays and load permeate trailers as operational needs
require.Attend and/or complete required safety
and quality training sessions by the assigned deadlines.

description for this position.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, days of work are
on an alternating shift schedule. Hours of work are generally 12
hours per day. This position will work alternating weekends.TravelTravel is primarily local during the scheduled
shifts with all shifts starting and ending in Milbank. Required Education, Experience &
CertificationsHigh school diploma or GED
is required for this position. Must possess and maintain valid
Class A CDL with tank vehicle endorsement, valid health certificate
and be able to obtain a SD/MN bulk haulers license.Preferred Education, Experience
& CertificationsDesire six months of
prior commercial driving experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish
is preferred.Additional
