File Clerk

Job Title: File Clerk Location: Edinburgh, TX Duration: 3 months+ (Possible Extension) Shift: Mon - Fri 9 am – 5 pm Key Responsibilities: · Inserts and removes material upon request and notes its disposition. · May search, investigate, and copy information contained in files at the discretion of the HR Director or Assistant Director. · Assist in sorting, counting, dating and researching information requests. · Assists in answering telephone lines as needed. · Assist in making copies of documents when requested internally and or from outside organizations. · Maintains file room in a neat and orderly manner. Requirements: · Must have at least one year of office and file clerk experience · Knowledge of current computer software. · Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task · Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to Client's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer. · High School diploma, GED or Higher Education required.
