Inspector, PCBA & SMT

Star Engineering Inc is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector for PCBA & SMT assemblies to join our Quality Control team. As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic assemblies.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and surface mount technology (SMT) assembliesAOI experience X-ray PCBA inspection experience Perform first article inspectionsm inprocess and final inspectionsUtilize quality management systems such as AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015, 13485SMT components manual soldering skills and experienceCollaborate with quality engineering team on corrective actions and preventive actionsUtilize metrology tools such as oscilloscopes for quality inspectionCompany InformationStar Engineering has since 1980 been a leader in providing electronic assemblies, printed circuit boards, cable assemblies and wiring harnesses to OEMs serving a wide variety of markets. Two high speed SMT lines and a stand alone prototype SMT system allow high mix low to medium volume runs with rapid changeover capability.
