Job Title: HVAC Tech (Alternate shifts)Location: Philadelphia PADuration - 7 MonthsExperience: 3 to 5 yearsMinimum Education: Trade school or equivalent military serviceShift Schedule: Alternating shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) every two to four weeks.Job Description:HVAC Operations and Documentation: Serve as the primary technician for site HVAC equipment (air handlers, chillers, exhaust fans, etc.). Perform and document daily rounds in compliance with GDP and GMP.System Monitoring and Alarm Response: Monitor EMS and Client for system functions and alarms. Assess potential impacts and communicate operational issues to the facilities team.Maintenance Execution and Collaboration: Manage emergent work independently or with utility specialists. Utilize CMMS, daily rounds, and alarm monitoring to scope and complete work.HVAC System Maintenance: Execute maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including chillers and air handlers.Condition-Based Maintenance: Employ techniques as directed to optimize system performance.Service Provider Oversight: Act as a lead to oversee outside service providers during significant maintenance tasks and shutdowns as needed.#TB_PH#ZR Why TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
