The Manager isresponsible for overseeing all virtual and on-campus events, the studentambassador team, recruiter scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming,effective, and prospective student-focused office.Essential FunctionsOperational/Event Management Strategize, plan, and oversee implementation of all of theadmissions office\'s visitation programs for undergraduate, onlineand graduate venues. Cultivate strong, networked relationships with staff in theAdmissions Office and other offices across the Institute. Responsible for scheduling, organizing, and facilitating allincoming campus visit requests for individual and group visits tothe undergraduate and graduate campuses. Organize, manage, and execute all Experience Moody events.Communicate with visiting families. Collaborate with departments toarrange activities during the day and involve key Moody communitymembers. Oversee the Student Ambassador program. Build the program throughreferrals and direct recruitment efforts. Communicate with,schedule, and evaluate ambassadors to achieve successful visits.Manage all Student Ambassador activities and volunteer hours, bothin and out of the office. Cultivate a friendly, effective, and welcoming reception area withinthe Admissions office. Manage Admission office space & Calendar (ordering office supplies,managing inventory, etc.) Monitor expenditures for student stipends/admissions scholarships,student labor, office supplies, and promotional materials. Oversee and monitor the promotion budget. Provide office support for Admissions and the Director of Admissionsas needed. Hire, onboard, and train all Junior Counselor Student Workers andensure that they are providing proper communication to prospectivestudents through phone, email, live chat, and text. Manage the Admissions Office general email inbox to ensure accurateand quick responses. Monitor the Moody website to ensure the information is accurate andup-to-date and submitting work requests when necessary. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with student workers tocommunicate current projects, updates, as well as lay the frameworkfor operational efficiencyPeople Management Provide oversight of the recruiters\' schedule, ensuring events andoffices are adequately staffed. Co-lead venue meetings with the Assistant Director of Admissions tohelp keep recruiters on track for enrollment goals. Provide oversight of the Student Ambassador Program, building theprogram through referrals and direct recruitment efforts. Directly supervises all volunteer and paid student ambassadors asassigned in the Admissions organizational chart. Interviews, hires, and trains student ambassadors. Assigns and directs work for ambassador program. Addresses complaints and resolves problems within team Interviews, hires, trains, and supervises Part-Time Student VisitorAssistant.
