Site Foreman

Our client is a well established glazing contractor delivering high quality façade and building envelope solutions on commercial projects. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Foreman to support ongoing projects and lead site teams.The RoleAs a Glazing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading field crews on site, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to maintain schedules, coordinate labor, and drive quality across all phases of installation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead glazing crews on active job sitesCoordinate daily activities to ensure productivity and workflowEnsure all installations meet drawings, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain a strong focus on health and safety complianceReview drawings and shop drawings with crews prior to installationCommunicate with site management and other trades to resolve issuesMonitor progress and support project delivery through to completionAbout YouMinimum 5 years of glazing experience with strong knowledge of façade systemsPrevious experience in a Foreman or lead role on commercial projectsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to deliver work safely and on schedule
