About the OpportunityWe are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join a growing aerospace manufacturing organization serving some of the biggest names in aviation and aerospace. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and is energized by technical product sales within the aerospace industry.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, travel, customer engagement, and developing strategic accounts with industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers.What You’ll DoDevelop and grow relationships with aerospace and industrial customersManage a sales territory through regular travel and customer visitsGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade shows, and cold callingMeet with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers to present product solutionsIdentify new applications and solutions that meet customer needsPrepare pricing, quotes, and sales proposalsCoordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project follow-throughMaintain accurate account activity, forecasts, and sales reportsInvestigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders or deliveriesRepresent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry eventsAttend approximately 2 industry trade shows annually (1 week each)Target CustomersYou’ll work with leading aerospace manufacturers and suppliers, including:BoeingAirbusBombardierEmbraerGulfstreamIcon AircraftWhat We’re Looking ForOutside sales experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturingStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to travel extensively (outside sales and trade shows)Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindsetComfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and developing new businessStrong organizational and time management skillsProfessional presence with customers and at industry eventsProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
