At OxEd and Assessment, we’re on a mission to improve literacy outcomes by strengthening oral language in the early years—and we’re growing our US team.We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to play a critical role in supporting our revenue engine. If you love building efficient systems, keeping data clean, and helping sales teams perform at their best, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize HubSpot CRM (pipelines, workflows, data integrity)Build dashboards and reporting to support forecasting and decision-makingSupport pipeline management and deal trackingCreate and manage quotes, proposals, and pricing (Xero)Partner with finance on accurate and timely invoicingDrive process improvements and automation across sales operationsTrain and support sales teams on tools and best practicesQualifications2–4+ years in sales ops, CRM administration, or RevOps (will consider less experience for the right candidate)Strong HubSpot experience (required)Experience with quoting, pricing, and invoicing workflowsHigh attention to detail + strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets)A collaborative, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points:HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, CRM, RevOps)Experience with billing systems (e.g., Xero)Background in sales analytics or BI toolsWhy Join OxEd?You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team working at the intersection of science of reading, early language, and real classroom impact—while helping build scalable systems in a growing US market.Interested or know someone great?
